On March 2, 2017 a group of Ebert Construction employees attended the 10th Annual Truck Safety Seminar at the Corcoran Public Works Facility. The City of Corcoran hosts this seminar each year and offers it to members of the community. Ebert is proud to be one of the sponsors of the event helping to make it free to attend. Our employees were able to learn about new laws for 2017, vehicle equipment requirements and information regarding CDL and DOT Health Cards. It was a great event where we could brush up on our truck safety and network with other companies in our community.

Last week Ebert Construction and the City of Blaine celebrated the grand opening of the Lexington Athletic Complex. The event had a great turn out and was filled with fun activities for the whole family. Ebert donated a slushy machine for all the kids (and parents) to enjoy while they were busy breaking in the new playground, playing games of bag toss, enjoying burgers/hot dogs, and participating in a ribbon cutting ceremony. The city’s Fire and Police Department were also at the event to give families tours of their squad cars and firetrucks. Ebert Construction is proud to be a part of another successful project that will bring enjoyment to the community.

Ebert Construction has wrapped up another successful project, the Braham Area Community Center! The project was funded by Tusen Tack, an all volunteer organization whose efforts in operating a thrift store rose a significant amount of money to fund the project. The 14,000 sq ft Community Center was designed to be a place where families, neighbors, and the whole community can come together for fun activities year round. The large meeting area and banquet hall will be used for wedding receptions, reunions, youth & senior events, group meetings and much more! In addition to the large banquet area, the building holds a local food shelf and library. Ebert is happy to be a part of a project that will bring a positive and enjoyable atmosphere to the community.
