On September 16th, Ebert Construction participated in the Rotary Races at the Waconia Nickle Dickle Day. By sponsoring the Rotary Races, Ebert Construction received a corporate duck to be used by families during the day and at the race. All proceeds from the race will support youth and humanitarian efforts in the area as well as internationally. Ebert Construction has been an active general contractor in the Waconia community and are currently working on a project at both the High School and Middle School.
On August 17th, the Monticello School District celebrated the grand opening of the new Monticello Stadium! The new stadium consists of a main Team and Concession Building, Athletic Field, and Veteran’s Memorial. Ebert Construction was awarded the Team and Concession Building portion of the project. The building consists of two main areas; the front of the building is for ticket purchases, while the back is the concession stand. It was an exciting night, with a special memorial event for the communities’ veterans. Ebert was thrilled to be a part of this project in the Monticello Community.
Ebert Construction has wrapped up another project, the Monticello Papa Johns! This project consisted of a tenant build out of an old Cherry Berry location which was transformed into a brand new Papa Johns Pizza. The quick turnaround of the space was the biggest challenge of the project and we met that challenge by completing the project in time for their Grand Opening last Wednesday. Please keep a lookout in the local paper for an article about the event. This project was a joy to be a part of and we hope to continue working with them again in the future!
Ebert Construction has had a very busy Spring bidding season! We have been very successful landing many projects for Summer and into the Fall. We were awarded the Centennial Schools 2016 Improvements at their West High School. This project includes a 225,000 sq ft complete interior renovation. Additionally, we will be completing a renovation at the Buffalo Lake Healthcare facility in Buffalo Lake, Minnesota. The project includes renovating the North, West, and East wings into private resident rooms with bathrooms, utility rooms, housekeeping, oxygen room, electrical room and storage. We also landed the Eagan Maintenance Facility Expansion Project which consists of an addition to the existing facility, a new storage building, a brine building along with an interior renovation. We are looking forward to another busy summer here at Ebert Construction.
Ebert Construction is delighted to announce the opening of the Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels in Buffalo, MN! The new 2,550 sq ft building sits along Highway 55 and the Corner of 3rd Ave in Buffalo next to the McDonalds. The first day of business was eventful and busy all morning as the residents of Buffalo were eager to check out the new business and get their gourmet coffee. We are proud to be a part of this project that has the community buzzing with excitement!
Ebert has wrapped up another successful project at the Rosemount Activity Center! The Rosemount Activity Center is a new 2 story 10,485 sf wood frame building with a 1526 sf remodel to the existing Steeple Center. The city will be celebrating the addition with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on February 1st. Ebert Construction was happy to a part of a project that will bring more opportunities for the Rosemount Community to come together for events and activities.
Ebert Construction is eager to start construction on one of our newest projects, the new Columbia Heights Library. Ebert was awarded the contract for a new 23,000 square foot public library. The groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Monday September 14th and work on the project will begin soon after. Ebert is excited to be part of the Columbia Heights’s new Library. Last week Ebert Construction and the City of Blaine celebrated the grand opening of the Lexington Athletic Complex. The event had a great turn out and was filled with fun activities for the whole family. Ebert donated a slushy machine for all the kids (and parents) to enjoy while they were busy breaking in the new playground, playing games of bag toss, enjoying burgers/hot dogs, and participating in a ribbon cutting ceremony. The city’s Fire and Police Department were also at the event to give families tours of their squad cars and firetrucks. Ebert Construction is proud to be a part of another successful project that will bring enjoyment to the community.
Ebert is wrapping up another successful project at the Hanover Elementary School. The project consisting of a new secure entrance and kindergarten classroom is scheduled to complete this month. Click here to see several progress photos.
Ebert Construction is excited to have been awarded the Hanover Elementary School project! The project consists of 2500 SF administrative addition that includes a new secured entrance, minor interior alterations and a canopy at the main entry. These additions will help create a safer environment for the students, staff and visitors. Work began at the beginning of May and will continue throughout the Summer. Ebert Construction enjoys being a part of improving our community!
