Ebert Construction is busy working on a new development project in Buffalo, MN . Napa Auto Parts is relocating from their current location in Downtown Buffalo to the corner of Hwy 55 and Fifth Street. The new 6,100 sq ft building has greater visibility in the high trafficked area. Along with the Napa Building, the vacant property that was previously owned by the City of Buffalo, has the potential for another future development site just south of the current building. Ebert Construction is thrilled to continue to be a part of developing in the City of Buffalo.

This past month, Ebert Construction was honored to be a silver sponsor at the 27th Annual St David’s Center Make Them Shine Gala. Last week Ebert Construction and the City of Blaine celebrated the grand opening of the Lexington Athletic Complex. The event had a great turn out and was filled with fun activities for the whole family. Ebert donated a slushy machine for all the kids (and parents) to enjoy while they were busy breaking in the new playground, playing games of bag toss, enjoying burgers/hot dogs, and participating in a ribbon cutting ceremony. The city’s Fire and Police Department were also at the event to give families tours of their squad cars and firetrucks. Ebert Construction is proud to be a part of another successful project that will bring enjoyment to the community.
Yet another GREAT way for Ebert Construction to get involved with our community. Ebert is a proud sponsor of The Sleep Out annual campaign. Ebert Construction is starting off our spring season with a great start. We kicked the season off with being the successful bidder for the LH Tanglen Elementary school. Ebert Construction is hard at work on the new Marshall Road Transit Station in Shakopee, MN. The location is being remodeled from what was once a Denny Hecker dealership to a 400-space park-and-ride. The station called for sheltered bus loading areas, the former dealership showroom to be converted into a passenger waiting area, and a bus only connection from the station to 169. Ebert Construction and the details of the project were highlighted in Finance & Commerce’s Volume 126, No. 72 newspaper. Ebert Construction is very excited to be part of a project that positively impacts the Scott County community and their commuters!
