Waconia Nickle Dickle Days

On September 16th, Ebert Construction participated in the Rotary Races at the Waconia Nickle Dickle Day.  By sponsoring the Rotary Races, Ebert Construction received a corporate duck to be used by families during the day and at the race.  All proceeds from the race will support youth and humanitarian efforts in the area as well as internationally.  Ebert Construction has been an active general contractor in the Waconia community and are currently working on a project at both the High School and Middle School.

Monticello Stadium

On August 17th, the Monticello School District celebrated the grand opening of the new Monticello Stadium!  The new stadium consists of a main Team and Concession Building, Athletic Field, and Veteran’s Memorial.  Ebert Construction was awarded the Team and Concession Building portion of the project.  The building consists of two main areas; the front of the building is for ticket purchases, while the back is the concession stand.  It was an exciting night, with a special memorial event for the communities’ veterans. Ebert was thrilled to be a part of this project in the Monticello Community.

Night to Unite

On August 1st, The City of Corcoran and the Corcoran Police Department are taking part in a celebration for Night to Unite.  The event will be a city wide party hosted at the Corcoran Public Works along with other neighborhood hosted parties.  Police officers, elected officials, city government officials and the fire department will be at each of these parties celebrating and promoting safe neighborhoods. As a company that serves the Corcoran community, we are thrilled to be a donor and support this event again this year.  What better way to promote a strong community than to gather together and celebrate.  For more information on the event please click here!

Papa John’s Pizza – Monticello

Ebert Construction has wrapped up another project, the Monticello Papa Johns! This project consisted of a tenant build out of an old Cherry Berry location which was transformed into a brand new Papa Johns Pizza.  The quick turnaround of the space was the biggest challenge of the project and we met that challenge by completing the project in time for their Grand Opening last Wednesday.  Please keep a lookout in the local paper for an article about the event. This project was a joy to be a part of and we hope to continue working with them again in the future!

St David’s Gala

Last week, Ebert Construction was honored to be a silver sponsor at the 28th Annual St David’s Center Make Them Shine Gala.   St David’s is a wonderful organization that provides a variety of services to many children and their families in the metro area.  Each year at the gala, we are able hear and see families that have had life changing experiences from their time at St David’s.  It is incredible to see what a difference this organization has made for them and we are proud to be a part of this event each year.  The gala was a huge success and St David’s raised a record breaking $416,000.  This money will help St David’s do what they do best, provide a supportive place for families to go when they feel they have nowhere else to turn.  We are so thrilled for St David’s and are grateful we got to be a part of their successful night!

Annual Truck Safety

On March 2, 2017 a group of Ebert Construction employees attended the 10th Annual Truck Safety Seminar at the Corcoran Public Works Facility.  The City of Corcoran hosts this seminar each year and offers it to members of the community. Ebert is proud to be one of the sponsors of the event helping to make it  free to attend. Our employees were able to learn about new laws for 2017, vehicle equipment requirements and information regarding CDL and DOT Health Cards.  It was a great event where we could brush up on our truck safety and network with other companies in our community.

Shop with a Cop Update

Here are some fun photos from the 2016 Shop with a Cop Event.  We were more than happy to donate to this cause that is helping not only the children, but the families in our community!

Corcoran’s Shop with a Cop Program

This Holiday season, Ebert Construction is supporting a great cause that the Corcoran Police Department is sponsoring.  The Corcoran Police Department has been gathering gift cards to Target stores for their annual “Shop with a Cop” event, so that they can bring less fortunate children in the community shopping.  Each child that is selected to participate gets to go on a Target shopping spree with a Corcoran Police Officer to purchase items for both themselves and their families.  This is a wonderful way to spread holiday cheer to children and families in the community and we are thrilled to be a part of it!

Wayzata Rock

This fall, Markus Ebert, of Ebert Construction played a large role in helping the students start a spirited tradition at Wayzata High School.  The Class of 2017 approached their administration last spring about getting a rock to place in front of the school to decorate with paint to bolster school spirit.  After hearing the request from the Wayzata staff, Markus was happy to help instill the new tradition by donating the 8,000 pound rock to the cause.  The rock will be kept up by the Senior Class each year and has already changed coats five times since its initial arrival this past September.  The rock has encouraged school spirit and connected the individuals at Wayzata High School through both celebratory and difficult times.  We are proud to have been part of helping to start the school’s new tradition!

Napa Auto Parts in Buffalo, MN

Ebert Construction is busy working on a new development project in Buffalo, MN .  Napa Auto Parts is relocating from their current location in Downtown Buffalo to the corner of Hwy 55 and Fifth Street. The new 6,100 sq ft building has greater visibility in the high trafficked area.  Along with the Napa Building, the vacant property that was previously owned by the City of Buffalo, has the potential for another future development site just south of the current building.  Ebert Construction is thrilled to continue to be a part of developing in the City of Buffalo.
